- The Practice
The Practice encapsulates our approach to every project with a set of well structured protocol. While acknowledging the uniqueness of each project, these protocols serve as guiding principles to streamline our work, enhance clarity, and ensure efficiency throughout the process. They provide a consistent framework that allows us to navigate diverse challenges while maintaining a focus on achieving our objectives effectively and seamlessly.

1.Engagement
For a new proposal to kick off, an in-person meeting is beneficial to understand the customer requirement and the market. We discuss the complete product development and go-to-market journey to understand the gaps.

2.Define & feasibility
Following the initial discussion concerning the idea in comparison to market conditions and procurement research, the product development process is commenced. This entails assessing Manufacturing Feasibility, conducting design iterations and engineering evaluations, and finalizing the Request for Quotation (RFQ).

3.Tooling Management
This stage involves Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Mold Flow Analysis and Part Design Iterations; comprehensive Tool Design and Sign-off, integrating molding infrastructure considerations, Precision Steel Cut Tooling to T-0 Product Standards; thorough Product and Part Validation, assessing dimensional and visual parameters, regular Progress Reporting to keep stakeholders informed, Monitoring throughout tool and equipment manufacture to ensure quality and timeline adherence, production of 3D drawings for customer approval and collaboration.

4.Customer Approval & Launch
Once preproduction support are built, the Final production processes & validation protocols are initiated. Conducting careful measurement, inspection and testing necessary to ensure the conformance of the parts, First article/T0 is submitted for customer approval and validation. Bulk production is undertaken post PPAP.

5.After Services
At SSR, we are dedicated to meeting our customers' evolving needs. We are available to cater to our clients queries /issues with respect to the project even after the handover the tool.
